We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

Rhys specifically was always on hand to answer questions, explain the various processes of buying a house and even helped to organise further viewings to ensure we were comfortable and confident in our decision. Highly recommend!
23rd Mar 2025 (30 days ago)Would recommend 1000%. Had my house on the market with another agent for 4 months during the busy summer period and only had 2 viewings... was completely disillusioned. Claire and Erin at Parkmans were recommended to me and although they were not in the same town, I had hit a low point and accepted. They reassured me and took new photos and re-listed... OMG... within 2 days, they had arranged multiple viewings and one of those offered above the asking price. They didn't even get time to put up a 'for sale' sign. Since accepting, they have been on the ball and keeping me updated at every stage. They have been very professional too. At no point did I have doubts. If there was an issue, they went out of their way to help sort it. If anyone else near The Valleys is selling, go with these guys... I feel bad that I don't have any other houses to sell now. Would happily recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was very honest knowledgeable and gave us a clear understanding of what the journey could look like. Together we agreed a pragmatic price spread and realistic expectations. From that moment on we felt very comfortable and confident that Scott would achieve our collective goal. In a very short space of time we had views and an offer and 11 weeks later we completed. Scott kept us well informed, grounded and encouraged through the whole process. I cannot rate more highly his efforts and support. I have already recommended him to friends for their future house sales. Thanks Scott for all your hard work and excellent advice and support. Julian Knight

18th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)Flying Keys have been amazing through out, we moved from Sri Lanka to UK in 2023, then in 2025 we have left UK and moved to Australia, until to date, communication has been splendid, these guys go out of their ways to help in every way. I have spoken to them from Sri Lanka before departing and after leaving UK I have spoken to them from here in Australia the communication is still the same. There is one puticular person who stands out from the crowd, that's Jaz, she has been incredible throughout and help us in many ways, I have no words. She is a big asset to the company, and previledged to have her in their team. Jaz was very practical and helped us through out our tenancy with utmost urgency. We have reached out to her from Australia after we left the property, she still revert back to us in lightening speed, gave us good refferals so it helps us immensely in securing a property here. Flying keys have been tremendous for us, we really are going to miss you guys. We have found a special place in our hearts for the Welsh people. Truly remarkable community. Cheers Gayathri & Roshane
31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

She responds quickly to any questions or issues and i would recommend her highly if you are selling your home. She stands shoulders above the other estate agents we have dealt with.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

Rachel from the team took us on two viewings, she was friendly and knowledgeable, and has been great in taking us through the process so far, and is always contactable with any queries we may have. Highly recommended.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
