17th May 2024 (1 year ago)I happened to require a probate valuation, I was aware of Anthony from way back (2012) I contacted him during this quite sensitive time, after a period of Tardiness on my part, Anthony agreed to come round and givr His local and learned Opinion on valuation. He was extremely helpful and indeed Shared his own experience of similar processes. To cut to the chase I’ve found there are two types of ‘Business styles’ the first counts every penny and maxes every pound of flesh they can out of every job. That’s ok. It’s business after all, but the second type of business practice is the ‘long game’ Anthony didn’t ‘squeeze’ me for money, he is a kind man and is In the game for. The long haul. I do much prefer this attitude as it nurtured loyalty and a Form or honour that so easily gets lost. Anthony is the epitome of a moral and just business leader. I will be certain to use his medium when I sell and if anyone asks me for a recommendation then it’s Anthony. Really appreciated the help and advice. Any clients or help I can pass your way would be an absolute pleasure. Hope to see you soon, on due course, Thanks again P

18th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Within a week of launching the property on the market Curtis O'Boyle secured several viewings, keeping us up to date daily. Two weeks later we received an offer of the full asking price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available. A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that. What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.
7th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)2 viewings in 12 views. Pictures on rightmove were very poor. We’ve been with a new estate agent and had 4 viewings in a week and more communication than 12 weeks with balgores.

13th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)James Caffrey looked after my recent sale. I cannot praise him more highly. He worked so hard helping me - even on a Sunday. I couldn’t have had a more capable, long suffering person advising me and guiding through the sale. He was superb.
10th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)It is with a heavy heart I can only give 2 star as the majority of my rental experience was great, however the stint they tried to pull of at the end of my tenancy was beyond acceptable and ruined the otherwise good impression I had from this agency. I noticed during my tenancy that many emails I sent were answered with a phone call which in hidnsight meant I had little evidence of conversations made, something I have since improved upon and now demand answers to be given in writing. Whilst this agency took a lot of pictures at the start of my tenancy they provided little to no support when the landlord attempted to withhold a large chunk of my deposit at the end of my tenancy as he claimed I damaged the kitchen flooring. This agency was well aware of the condition the property was in prior to me moving in, including the already damaged kitchen flooring, but provided no support in my defence. Thankfully, due to my own precise record keeping and despite the fact that many emails were answered with phone calls, I challenged this with the tenancy deposit scheme and was awareded 100% of my deposit back. What made me so upset was that this agency was well aware of the condition of the property when I moved in, never the less they still attempted to withthold my deposit at the end. This is very poor practise.

9th May 2025 (13 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.
