Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

Can't recommend Harvey Richards and West highly enough. Friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. They know the market inside out and provided honest advice, a realistic valuation and an approach that worked where others had failed.

6th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Really so impressed by the team here - they are the agent for the house we are buying so we are not their client but nevertheless Suzanne and her colleagues have offered helpful advice, kept in touch with us and are so professional. We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
26th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

29th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

I feel VERY let down with the overall experience with you. And to make it clear you did NOT sell my property I took it off the market with you due to everything listed above!

22nd Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????
6th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)We bought and sold our house through Steven J Moore just recently. We were very happy with the service. We had an honest and free conversation with Steven at valuation, and the brochure they commission for the sale is head and shoulders above the rest. Our photos for the brochure and Right Move made our house look the best it ever had. Throughout the sale and purchase communication was excellent; Rebecca, in particular was an immense help and supported us through the whole process. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

30th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
