13th Jan 2025 (18 weeks ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

Their expertise goes beyond the ordinary realms of agricultural good practice, with a team member at Rostons always able to assist no matter the issue at hand.

18th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)I can't recommend Lauren at The Home Movement enough! From start to finish, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none, and she makes the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! She did such a good job on the photos I didn't recognise my own kitchen at first! She used her knowledge to help us get more viewings when we hit a bit of a slump in the market. Lauren is slightly more expensive but totally worth it, please do not let that put you off, it could be the difference between selling and not selling. She will be very honest with you and only ever give you her expert advice and never force any decisions on you. Lauren genuinely listens, offers expert guidance, and takes the time to understand your unique situation. She is incredibly supportive, responsive, and patient, making you feel completely at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. I apologise for all the messages but am very thankful you always responded and never complained! If you're looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also kind, honest, and truly invested in helping you, Lauren is the person to go to. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
