Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

We had an issue with our onward purchase solicitor and Alban was very instrumental in chasing them and getting us over the line. Would have no hesitation in recommending Oakwood. 30th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I trusted this estate agency to provide accurate and reliable information when viewing and proceeding with a property purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I was shown the property, I was told three key points that significantly influenced my decision to proceed: • That the flat had an allocated parking space • That the leasehold was 999 years • That residents contributed to a joint building insurance policy After several months of progressing the purchase and paying substantial solicitor fees, it became apparent that all three of these statements were incorrect. There was no allocated parking for the flat, the lease was under 150 years rather than 999, and there was no existing joint building insurance policy. Each time I raised these issues with the estate agent, I was simply told that the information had been provided incorrectly by the seller and that they apologised. While mistakes can happen, these are material facts that should have been verified before being presented to a buyer, particularly as they directly affect a purchaser’s decision-making. The process was stressful, costly, and ultimately ruined my trust in the agency. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but being misled on multiple fundamental aspects of the property made it extremely disheartening. I would strongly advise future buyers to ensure all key details are confirmed in writing and verified early in the process.
3rd Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Had a valuation appointment for my late father’s property cancelled at the last minute, with the agent telling me she had ‘the lurgy’ as though it was a hilarious joke, when I had travelled 2 hours and taken time off work. I explained that I wouldn’t be rearranging the appointment due to the circumstances, and asked for my details to be removed from their system. I then received an extremely self-important reply (in breach of GDPR law, at this point) telling me why they were in the right and I was in the wrong, and failing to express any compassion whatsoever for my recent bereavement. I can honestly (and thankfully) say I have never had an experience with an estate agent quite like this one.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

17th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)We have used Westmount Estates to both sell a difficult flat, as well as rent the same flat whilst we navigated the legal barriers to selling. Adrian was always realistic with us on sales price and advice over the years - where others said we could get more money, we wasted time with zero views. Only when we moved to Westmount and followed their advice, did we get any real traction to sell, despite the poor market at the time for flats. Very grateful to have gotten it over the line finally. Josh and team were phenomenal at managing the rental of our flat when we moved out. The tenants were great and updates on our property were spot on. We had some unlucky maintenance issues which required a lot of input and management from Josh. We were so grateful and so lucky to have had such a superb estate agent to reduce the stress on our side, keeping the need for our input to the minimum. Can't recommend Westmount Estates highly enough, across the board!
