18th Feb 2026 (14 days ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.- 26th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)A team of highly experienced estate agents whose expertise was invaluable during the buying and selling process. 20th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I listed my property with JDM for over 12months. They advised me to accept an offer to sell without checking if the buyer had a mortgage offer in place (he did not). It took almost 3 months of waiting to progress the sale before I started to push JDM to find out the buyer had no mortgage in place and the sale had fallen through. I had instructed solicitors and incurred £600 in failed fees all off the back of the advice given to me by JDM. JDM does not qualify prospective buyers positions before arranging a viewing and from my experience ,even before presenting offers to a vendor. I moved my property to KFH. It was sold in less than 3 weeks. 5 viewings, 4 offers and my sale was progressed impeccably. I would urge anyone to think carefully before using JDM. From my recent experience I would strongly suggest avoiding.

They were especially aware of and assisted with logistical inconveniences we faced as neither of us live locally to Eltham.

Laura contacted me promptly after I put my enquiry in on the property, organised a viewing and coached us through all the admin to secure it. Then Jenancya called to introduce herself with friendly and professional manor and has responded to any questions, queries and problems we have with an understanding manor and continued to pursue our landlord to ensure a resolution.
20th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I first contacted Tom, then I also have Nick, Janis and Erica helping me in getting through the sale process of my property which is not easy for me as I sometimes live abroad .<br>They are all very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I can also go to their office anytime (office hours) if needed.<br>They even offer me free visit to my property weekly while I am not in UK which is really a great help to me and I really appreciate it very much. Any problems I can ask for their professional advice and they always give me full support. So I can rest my mind and I truly trust them.<br>So I would highly recommend them to anyone for their genuine and supportive service. Thanks again to everyone In Drewery who has been dealing with the sales of my property.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.

A bad experience listing with another local agent left me a little apprehensive of relisting, but the hard work and dedication of Jack & Nathan from the off meant a steady stream of viewings and an offer from a well vetted purchaser, followed by offer to exchange in quick succession. Some legal hiccups in the run up to exchange were jumped on quickly by the team to help smooth out too with great communication the whole way through. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service received and well worth the fee. Highly recommended.

Jake always took the time to answer my questions (there were so many!) and keep me updated. His knowledge of the local area and attention to detail made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I could not recommend him more to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected.
