He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

A special thank you to Jenna, who supported us through every step of the process, from the first viewing all the way to completion. She was always on time, kept us updated, and was easy to reach whenever we had questions.? Jenna also liaised proactively with both sides’ solicitors to help speed things up and made sure our completion happened on the date we were working towards, which took a lot of stress out of the move.? Overall, Capital Estate Agents Bromley have been professional, friendly and very efficient, and because of Jenna’s hard work we would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the area.

6th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)If there is a word for the "best customer service" and professionalism, it would be Chattertons. I was fortunate to have Doug help me sell my property. The sale was not straightforward. However, every step of the way, Doug was calm, knowledgeable, and professional. He handled everything with ease and good humour. Communication was always timely and first-rate, and nothing was too much trouble. Doug's experience and insight led to the house being sold in record time. I cannot thank Doug and Chattertons enough for the expertise, advice, and personalised approach that made the whole process as smooth as possible.

20th Jan 2026 (5 days ago)I first contacted Tom, then I also have Nick, Janis and Erica helping me in getting through the sale process of my property which is not easy for me as I sometimes live abroad . They are all very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I can also go to their office anytime (office hours) if needed. They even offer me free visit to my property weekly while I am not in UK which is really a great help to me and I really appreciate it very much. Any problems I can ask for their professional advice and they always give me full support. So I can rest my mind and I truly trust them. So I would highly recommend them to anyone for their genuine and supportive service. Thanks again to everyone In Drewery who has been dealing with the sales of my property.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.
7th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

22nd Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)What great experience ! Having had a failed sale with Robinson Jackson I was keen to change my estate agent. I met with James (the owner of James Gorey) and from the start was very happy with his approach - polite and understanding but still direct and clear. He gave me so much more confidence than my previous agent. The marketing brochure was excellent, photos by professional photographers as the norm, then the design by another professional organisation resulting in very high quality advertising material for the property. I was kept updated as viewings started both from James (the owner) and Josh (my direct contact), then when the offers started Josh was very clear and good on negotiation strategy. I think for me the main brilliant and reassuring time came after accepting an offer. Remembering with my previous agent the sale had fallen apart I wanted to see this agent being involved and being knowledgeable about the buyer and any issues. This was definitely the case. Josh kept me updated every few days at first and was always available if I had a question/concern. Then as we settled into the sales process, he contacted me every Monday (BY TELEPHONE) with a clear update on what progress had been made and what was expected during the following week. I would absolutely recommend James Gorey Estate Agents - they are definitely worth the slightly high cost of other agents.- 14th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)Jack was a great help, we told him what we were looking for and he found the right property for us straight away. The communication was always on time, clear and the support extended was much appreciated. We can't recommend them enough for their patience, their friendliness and over customer support throughout everything.
