A special mention goes to Sean, the incredibly talented photographer, and Rory Murray, my dedicated Sales Consultant. Rory was always just a call or email away when I needed him, and his professionalism and expertise truly stood out. He kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire selling process and offered fantastic advice every step of the way. Rory is a real credit to MOV8, and I’ll genuinely miss our interactions. Highly recommend!

As first time buyers, we didn’t have a clue but Michelle made navigating everything regarding our mortgage and life insurance simple and stress free. Michelle was very informative and allowed us time to ask our questions. She was easy to get in touch with and arranged teams calls for our meetings as we live out of Perth. Michelle emailed us all of our documentation that explained what we chose and why this was recommended. Would highly recommend simple approach. Thanks again

8th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)We got in touch with two agents in Dundee and Slater Hogg and Howison were by far the best. Although our property was not high end the service we received was five star. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Staff were friendly and very efficient. My first meeting with Paul, the manager, was very positive and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend this company if you want first class service.

The mortgage adviser, Craig, made the process stress free and simple for us, and the process was signed and sealed in a matter of days from our offer being accepted. I would highly recommend Craig and Regents Estates and Mortgages.

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

Puja and the team (Varun & Komal) have been very prompt in helping me with the tenant-finding service initially. Now I am glad to offer t99homes with full property management service. I am truly delighted to have a partnership with them as a landlord. I will strongly recommend them for competitive offerings adding value to customers.
