30th Mar 2025 (30 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Poor communications, excuse after excuse, I went to another estate agent around the corner and sold my house within 2 weeks after many months trying with Rise. The solicitors they use are equally as bad and con artists. Very, very poor firm.

I received feedback on viewings and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process of letting the property. The team are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Ben Charles again in the future.

Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.

Hilary was so proactive in chasing both solicitors and whoever needed to be. I felt completely safe knowing she was acting for us and kept us updated and was in touch throughout. She was absolutely brilliant and we could not thank her enough. Susan and the other team members when I spoke to them were also very helpful and just made us relaxed about a stressful time.
