7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Nothing but problems with patrick notaro ,we agreed a fee then halfway through he added an extra £880 to the cost saying he had made a mistake with the calculation , two weeks later he asked my husband out on a date ,we have been married 8 years totally bizarre.
24th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)They were helpful but sometimes we had to chase for updates on our sales and sometimes they did not have any which suggests they weren’t always calling the viewers.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.
15th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.
The best in the area! I’m not a fan of big chains so gave talbies a try you really get that signature service. Always attentivive and helpful. They have dealt with two property sales and even onto the third one now - couldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend. Francis
24th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Absolutely appalling service from a tenant's perspective, a totally landlord centric agency IMO. At least two members of staff didn't appear to have the sense they were born with. Demands for money for repairs which were the responsibility of the landlord, delays and stalling tactics, asserting the landlord had been contacted when they hadn't ... the list goes on. Keep records of every communication you have with them and take pictures of every defect you find at the start of your tenancy and also pictures of the flat before you leave as they will deduct a huge amount from your deposit without this evidence.

24th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Worst experience ever But ever ever Seriously I don't understand and i can't believe how they still in the market with they type of attitude and with zero professionalism Not helpful at all in all manners They think the clients needs them , Instead their need clients, and they think they are the bosses I'd prefer to stay homeless instead choosing them The manager called Gary was selective and unhelpful at all for everything He looks like the person who smiles in front of your face, butttt ........
