I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! As a current tenant, I’m happy that they are managing the flat well now with prompt assistance??????????????????

12th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Mortemore Mackay in my search for a new home. Jake, Andrew and Lucie were all professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Once I had chosen my new home, after numerous viewings of a selection of good quality properties, Jake was particularly helpful and supportive in the (at times torturous) completion process. I would highly recommend Mortemore Mackay as estate agents and as management agents.

18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with Ali. He has been one of the most professional and reliable estate agents I’ve dealt with. From the first viewing all the way to completing the process, he was always organised, helpful, and easy to contact. Ali made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled properly and on time. What I appreciated most was his honesty — he never rushed anything and always gave genuine advice. It’s rare to find an agent who actually cares about doing a good job, but Ali definitely does. I highly recommend dealing with him if you want someone trustworthy and professional.

Very professional, and easy to approach. Always, keep things updated and if I would like to discuss anything they are supportive and guiding me accurately. I have seen few properties in the past with Vanessa estate and they being honest in dealing during my all cases. Thanks Vanessa and the Team for provding such fab services to the e nd customer. From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Overall, we felt well supported and looked after, and we would happily recommend Martyn Gerard to anyone looking to buy a home. A smooth, transparent, and reassuring experience all round.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. He's who you want on your side during such a stressful time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. And thanks again for all the help!

16th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Kurt Gonzales previously to sell a family home, I was very impressed with his efficiency and friendlly attitude that I used him again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
