24th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I lived far away and they allowed me to take on my home via video viewing. Which was great. All my paperwork and checks were done smoothly and they were very helpful. Still rent from these guys and never have any issues.

Karl and Anna persuaded us to step outside the box and we are so glad that we took their advise ???? as we now have our dream home ???? 31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Strutt & Parker in Exeter, especially Isabel Clifton who did an amazing job. Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. 29th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)The team were really helpful throughout the sale and a buyer was found very quickly. Our preferred method of communication was by email with occasional telephone call as we did not live in the area. The team kept us updated throughout, responded to our queries promptly and accompanied all viewings. We haven't mentioned a particular member of staff as the South Molton staff worked as a team, so we knew that whomever we called/messaged would be able to assist. The way that the team work together gave us confidence and was reassuring. They were professional and courteous throughout even when we may have been less so due to circumstances separate to the sale.

As I live in Spain I rely on the staff at Webbers to deal with any problems at my properties and to find and vet new tenants when the need arises. Everything is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

10th May 2021 (3 years ago)Communication to the seller on day of moving was very poor. Turned up to house with keys after picking them up from their offices and tenants were still in the house with their possessions still in property. I rang the ewemove office and they didn't want to know. Seems to me they had their money and washed there hands on the whole matter, no after sales commitment at all.
8th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Officially on 21 days of no hot water with 1 baby and 1 sen 4 year old. And it’s still only a “hopefully” be sorted today which I’ve heard on repeat for weeks now. Definitely do not recommend this letting agent in any shape or form. Would give zero stars if possible disappointed I even have to give one.

If I look at a property online and I think it's suitable, then that's what I mean, I don't expect to be cut off and insulted by an estate agent. If this company wants to continue in business, I would suggest that the estate agents take a brief course on people skills. Landlords beware: this company will be representing you to potential clients. Do you really want to be represented by an organisation that treats people like this?
