We decided upon Your Move because of the professional and reassuring manner by which we were dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed that our points of contact was limited to Lisa and Fiona, both of whom were always aware of our current situation. The flat was visited by Lisa and she was clear in her expectations in regards to a suitable tenant and this was reflected in the viewers. We were delighted with our tenant who we feel meets our expectations. The main point in any review is whether we would use Your Move Falkirk again and we happily would do so,

In a matter of days there was a lot of interest and several offers for us to consider. Amongst them was the buyer that we’d dreamed of for our much loved family home. At one stage we had a buyer pull out and Debbie managed to get it back on the market and sold very quickly. It turned what could have been a very stressful experience in to a much simpler process. We always felt that Debbie was available when required, covered things we hadn't even considered, and kept everything moving and on track in a way that I don't think I'd have been confident on a chain estate agent doing. It was a very personal touch, and we're very grateful to Debbie for all the work she put in. I'll definitely pass her name on to anyone I know who is looking to sell.
