18th Jan 2024 (9 mo. ago)I was initially sceptical about placing our property on the market in October however, the reassurance from Gavin and his team quickly erased any doubts and the first class presentation which included over 50 stunning photographs of the house resulted in a sale after only two day's of being advertised. A first class service offering extremely good value and advice and one i couldn't recommend highly enough.

Walked me through the process, explained everything and is just who you need on your side when buying or selling your home. His team at the office were also really helpful any time I called. He's got a brilliant support of businesses that he recommended which has made selling my house and absolute breeze. Great experience. Thank you Colin and everyone involved.
12th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our landlord handed us over to jewel in I think 2020 ISH or there abouts...we stopped getting repairs done ,got given excuses and now that we are waiting for a first tier tribunal hearing ( which won't happen for many reasons,one being the absolute state of the house ! ) nothing gets done at all...we asked for the place to be made safe ,for reasons I am not willing to go into on a public forum but nothing can get done because jewel needs to get the say so from the landlord...we are waiting for certain tests to be done by the council now this place is an absolute hazard to life...I'm registered disabled ,I have two adults kids on the property with serious health issues but still the measures I asked to make the place safe which basically would cost virtually nothing from b&q ,till we move to our council homes still don't get done...I have asked on several occasions to speak to the manager as has my husband but to no avail .....no not a happy bunni

I bought a property in falkirk After week I was gone to check the property what I need I made state agent He told me If you don't need a property Somebody else pay me extra money money I told him Property already sold to me Why are you saying that He told me it is okay So I receive a call next day He told me Property sold for somebody else It is absolutely Disgusting E took extra money The property which has been sold already That is races Because I am asian The agent name johnston Please avoid this person e will do anything for extra money

26th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)I requested a visit for a valuation at Allen & Harris estate agents and had a date booked. I was allocated an estate agent from the start and he made contact with me by email to introduce himself. This gave me reassurance and comfort that I had a direct contact with an estate agent from the beginning and I didn't have to call a shop and wait to be put through to speak to an estate agent. Due to a change of circumstances I had to change date of valuation and contacted Tony my estate agent to see if he could attend my home that same day. To my surprise Tony fitted me in for a valuation the same day! I was delighted with the service. It was unhurried, straight to the point and most importantly I didn't feel under pressure to choose them. The whole visit was finished within 45 mins which suited me as I had other things to do that day. More importantly Allen & Harris had the best rates compared to other estate agents. Since choosing Allen & Harris I have been in contact with my estate agent Tony nearly everyday asking questions and finalising my plans. Tony always returns my emails promptly and nothing is ever a hassle! I wasn't looking forward to having estate agents visit my house and listen to their marketing spiel but Tony was different and made choosing an estate agents easier than expected. I would highly recommend Tony at Allen & Harris, Stirling.
23rd Sep 2024 (30 days ago)Charlie and his colleagues have been fantastic throughout the whole sale process. I initially advertised with a cheaper agent, however it became clear that after they took my money, they were not interested. Charlie knew I had had a bad experience and was always on hand to answer questions, discuss feedback from viewers and give advice. Harbor also helped me secure my new home which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Harbor to anyone, they have given me fantastic service.
