5th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)Id avoid at all costs. Scammers. Asking for more than five weeks rent upfront is ILLEGAL. Doesn't matter how indirectly you go about doing it. Frequently breaking the tenancy agreements and the law is also ILLEGAL. Will be reporting you to trading standards and I encourage others to do the same
3rd Jun 2025 (16 days ago)Booked me in for a viewing 30/05 and never turned up. Called them, left a voicemail, no reply. Called another branch just to ask whats happening and they said that they can't see that property available to rent on their list. I went on the website and I saw it was let agreed. Absolute joke. Very unprofessional, I understand there's a lot of properties to manage whatsoever but I wasted my time and lost other viewings because of this. They didn't even bother calling me up and apologise. Shame. Y'all need to do better.
13th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have been with AVJ Homes for over a year now and my experience so far has been awesome. They take very good care of their properties and attend promptly to issues. If you are ever in doubt regarding renting, you can always check AVJ Homes.

13th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)A five-star service from Clyde West End on selling our property in Yorkhill/Finnieston, delivered by the fantastic Jack and Rachel. Truly a seamless journey and cannot recommend the team enough, especially given how daunting the process can seem. I'd previously sold through another estate agent and the difference was night and day. From the initial conversation, to the responsiveness, the marketing, the portal and everything in between — it was exceptional with Clyde!
25th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 23rd Dec 2024 (25 weeks ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? I’d highly recommend Aberdein Considine, they also have the benefit of being agents and solicitors so the whole service is under one roof.

24th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
