14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Skye was always on hand for any questions, quick communication and always kept us right. Really couldn't recommend these guys enough!

She was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and kept to deadlines. Call backs and emails were responded to really promptly and no question was left unanswered. 22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)One of the best decisions I've ever made going for Igloo to sell my house. I had heard they were great, and they certainly did not disappoint. They sold my house in 6 days for more than I expected. Stress and worry weren't even a thing when it came to selling my house. The Agent Abby was unbelievably knowledgeable in the processes and she was just so reassuring on questions I had which kept me at total ease. Also any time i phoned and she was busy everyone else in the branch was so nice and helpful. Oh she also was very good at getting back to me. Love that! Big tick! I would highly recommend Igloo Hamitlon. Great experience! If there was a 6th star they would get it!
23rd Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding service. Couldn't fault them and can't speak highly enough of the experience we had. If I was ever selling again, I would use Barrhead Property Centre in a heartbeat. Declan is a great guy - he has the perfect balance of professional and friendly, and is so so helpful with every aspect of the sale and mortgage services. There is a family feel to the service provided. Our house was sold quickly at closing date, at a higher price than we expected. If you're considering using Barrhead Property Centre, just do it, you will not regret it.
3rd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

We have enjoyed working with her - not only is she professional and organised, but she's fun too! Our house is now under offer... after only two days on the market. Thankyou Joyce!
5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

The viewing schedule was a smooth process and after 6 days we accepted an offer on our property. Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. She is pleasant highly professional and a delight to deal with, she makes you feel that we were the only person she had to deal with. Would I recommend her? 100% she is an asset to 24/7. Their surveyor who met us at the property was very professional, gave us excellent advice about works to enhance the presentation of the property. The sales brochure/ website was well presented and the admin staff were all very friendly and kept us well informed.
30th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)I had saw fantastic reviews for Lesley on Facebook and Google so when selling our house we had no hesitation on who we wanted to sell our home. Lesley came out to see us the next day after enquiring and explained everything in a very professional manner. Our sold sold within days and I believe this was due to Lesley's dedication for the job. If I was ever selling another home I would 100% choose Lesley , she is amazing.
