He went above and beyond to make it a smooth purchase. Peter called and emailed us promptly with any updates, and it was so easy go get in touch with him when needed. He was absolutely 10/10 fantastic and we are certain we will be using their services again when we come to moving.

7th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I would like to thank Eric for his assistance during the "check out" after recently having to move out of the flat I had been renting . Due to work commitments I was unable to be there when the Inventory was done. Eric reassured me that it was fine and once completed would be in touch. I was able to respond to the completed Inventory by email with my answers - which Eric forwarded onto the landlord. The whole procedure went smoothly and I would like to thank Eric for his professionalism in this regard.

Her boundless positivity, professionalism, good humour and fantastic communication made a sometimes tricky time bearable. From our first contact with her, Kate was helpful, open and honest, and even when things were getting tough, she didn't stop doing her best to make sure the sale went through. We couldn't recommend Kate highly enough.

After having a previously poor experience with another estate agent which resulted in very few viewings and little interest, I moved to Jacobs and Hunt to market my property. A new listing with excellent photos was created quickly and soon there were a large amount of viewings, resulting in an offer before long. Jacobs and Hunt were attentive and professional throughout the process and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Matty was attentive, supporting and communicative throughout the entire process. Due to circumstances outside his or Jacobs and Hunts control, the sale process took longer than I was hoping for. Matty proactively chased up parties when he could, including my own incompetent solicitor (my mistake for that choice!) Well done Matty.

18th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)As good an experience as you can expect when selling a house. Very stressful period but Matthew at Ewemove took away lots of the pressure and made it bearable.
Harding Green recently let an apartment with a very fast turnaround in the SW7 area for us and I would highly recommend HG as they all have great expertise and keep you fully informed throughout the letting process plus we now have a great tenant and no void period!

They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.
