He has excellent communication, a consistently positive attitude, and always manages situations in a professional and efficient manner.<br><br>Roy does an outstanding job of maintaining a fair balance between landlords and tenants, ensuring that both parties are heard, supported, and treated fairly. He is reliable, always follows through on his commitments, and responds promptly whenever assistance is needed.<br><br>Overall, the service provided by Gascoigne Pees has been excellent. I would highly recommend Gascoigne Pees.

We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

It has been a fairly stressful process, with multiple hiccups which were out of anyones control. Without Nina's checking in a reassurance I think I would have gone mad. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.

We didn’t have to chase them and they helped us with chasing solicitors. They kept us well informed throughout the whole process, were always friendly when we contacted them and made a stressful process far less stressful! Plus they work really cohesively as a team and if our main contact was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicholsons to anyone - brilliant service. Alex was our main contact and he was fantastic!

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. 3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.

Manager Alfie and his team were excellent throughout and Harry, who handled most of the viewings, was really helpful, professional and gave great feedback from potential buyers. Unfortunately, through no fault of Roman's or ourselves, we lost our first buyer, but the advice to immediately re-market and to do so in a way that would increase the catchment, brought 6 viewings the very next day along with 3 offers, one of which we accepted and who is now the new owner. We had Catherine McNicholas appointed as our move manager and wow, what a great coordinator she was as she worked with us, our buyer and the solicitors, answering questions, chasing up the various documents and "Just being there when we needed her!!
