13th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!
26th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Whilst the individuals who work here can be very nice, their enforcement of actioning requests to the landlord to fix issues is sub par, and the landlords they take on are not always nice people. Before taking on the property they promised all carpets and issues with the property would be fixed, they were never even attempted to be fixed. Scaffolding went up all round the property with zero warning, all walkways looked directly into the property. Nothing was explained that there was issues with the roof. Also lost access to parking space that came with the property due to scaffolding placement. Was told it would be up 3-4 weeks maximum however was still there 4 months later when I moved out. Downstairs tenants had major damp issues in their property which the landlord refused to fix. Extremely loud tenants in the property with no action from the landlord to stop it. Drugs being sold in downstairs property, no action from the landlord. Due to insufficient insulation was extremely cold and wind blew throughout, and also meant when roof was worked on everything in storage spaces got covered in debris. Eventually got cleaned after weeks of begging. Did nothing after I received very aggressive phone call directly from the landlord as to when I enquired about the scaffolding and lack of parking. Once again, nice people, but bad management and clientele.

9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
20th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Me and two of my friends at uni have just moved into a new house and the whole process was made so much less stressful thanks to the help of Phoebe who was absolutely fantastic in guiding us through each step of the securing and moving into the property. Throughout the initial viewing and following communications via phone calls and emails, she has always been incredibly kind, professional and especially supportive whenever we had any queries or issues!- 27th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We used Bridges to sell our house. As part of their service they employ sales progressors. We were allocated Mel. We can not praise her highly enough. As soon as we contacted her with any concerns she actioned our call immediately rang around the chain and got us an update. It was solely due to her that our very large chain progressed to exchange and shortly completion. In addition if she promised to call you back she always did. I would highly recommend bridges and most importantly Mel to anyone thinking of selling their house

22nd Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)We have just sold our house in Farnham through Charters. Our main contact was Josh Futcher. He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Professional, polite and easy to get on with. Thank you so much.
21st Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:) We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

19th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Nice, knowledgeable, proactive people. They found the initial (abortive) buyer within a week, with a similar timescale for the eventual buyer. Winkworth were helpful at every stage of the process and particularly so in the advanced stages when the chain was in danger of collapsing. It became a complicated process due to factors beyond their control and they did their utmost to navigate that. We wouldn't have got our sale over the line without Henry's determination and problem-solving.

18th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Really efficient service. I’d enquired about a property that fit our criteria perfectly but that was not available anymore. I had a call very soon after my enquiry with Ruby Franklin and when she said that unfortunately it wasn’t available she immediately suggested an alternative that was just as nice. She got me booked in straight away for a viewing and even managed to fit me in when I had to change the time last minute. Great experience
