27th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bridges have been excellent from start to finish. Steven Hubbard was particularly helpful in getting our house on the market and successfully sold. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always given comprehensive feedback after viewings.<br><br>Once we had accepted an offer, the high level of customer service continued. Hayley Levy in Sales Progression was an essential part of the process. She was proactive, kept everything moving as quickly as possible, and was always on hand to keep us updated.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridges.

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free.<br><br>They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.<br><br>Their spacious, and welcoming office in Farnham reflects the excellent service they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charters Farnham to anyone looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients.

22nd Jul 2026 (21 days ago)It's been a brilliant experience moving with Winkworth and I have to give a massive thank you specifically to Jamie Solis who helped us sell our property and buy a new one - great communication throughout the whole process, always able to answer our questions (millions of them...) and generally just a calm, patient, reassuring and informed guy, who was clearly very motivated to get us the house we wanted, and to sell ours.<br>We've experienced a few estate agents in Farnham and Winkworth were far and away the best experience we've had. Thanks Jamie and team!
3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)A huge shout-out to the entire Seymour's team, but especially to Charles Newman and Jules Smethurst. Without them, we wouldn't have secured our dream home in one of Guildford's most sought-after areas or reached completion so quickly and smoothly. We can't thank them enough!<br><br>Looking back, it has been a long and exhausting journey. We first began our house search in 2024 with another estate agents and moved to Seymour's at the beginning of 2026. Initially, we were a little concerned that a larger estate agency might feel too corporate or be focused on pushing for a quick sale. In reality, that’s not been the case at all.<br><br>Charles is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable and dependable person we've had the pleasure of working with. From our very first conversation through to completion, he kept in close contact, keeping us updated every step of the way and proactively suggesting properties that genuinely matched our requirements. He was always easy to reach, and his advice was consistently honest, thoughtful, and never pushy. We always felt he had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Once our offers were accepted, Jules became our main point of contact throughout the conveyancing process, and we were blown away by her dedication and work ethic. She worked tirelessly to coordinate between all the parties involved and to resolve the many issues that inevitably arose along the way. Time and again she responded to emails late into the evening and over weekends, simply to ensure that nothing was left unresolved. Her commitment, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional.<br><br>We feel incredibly fortunate that Charles and Jules were with us throughout this journey. The care, integrity, and professionalism they showed at every stage gave us complete confidence that we were in the best possible hands. They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. It has been a fairly stressful process, with multiple hiccups which were out of anyones control. Without Nina's checking in a reassurance I think I would have gone mad. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!
15th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Well, where to start, the Churchods team from Farnham were great from the off.<br>Numerous viewings without any problems, questions answered as quickly as possible and then came the difficult part!<br>Kate Clapham chased both sets of solicitors relentlessly until we had completed the purchase.<br>Kate was extremely professional, helpful and certainly made the transition a lot more easier than it could have been.<br>The beautiful flowers we received at the time of picking up the keys certainly made the day after moving in.<br>Can’t thank you enough Kate, please pop in whenever you’re passing ??????<br>Frank & Margaret- 10th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Curchods, Guildford handled the sale of my flat professionally and efficiently. 3rd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would avoid these estate agents. Their customer service is fine, but unfortunately they work with misleading developers. Likely, you will end up losing money on your property and with a lot of unnecessary stress if you use them for a new build. We bought a new build through them about 3 years ago. To this date, the developer they have been representing has not finished our road, landscaping, or snagging. And this is after chasers and legal action. This has already been addressed with Waterfords at the time, so they are well aware, and we understand that it is not their responsibility to fulfil the developer's duties. However, what I did not expect is that whilst they well know that the said developer (Downton Homes) misleads buyers, Waterfords will continue advertising and selling their properties (having just sold a full new development for them in Ewshot). I guess money talks! But also says a lot about the ethics of this organisation called Waterfords. I would not deal with a business with such ethics, let alone use them to purchase a new build, and moreso if it is produced by Downton Homes.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.
3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.
17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
26th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
