23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.
3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????
26th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I did not expect to be leaving a glowing review for our estate agents at the start of this process, but at every step Caitlin, Rob and the team have surpassed expectations during a process that has at times been rather bumpy. They had kept everyone informed and calm, and giving the impression nothing has been too much bother. We definitely would not have got to this point without their support and assistance from the valuation originally right through to completion. Thank you for your consideration, compassion, and expertise at every step.

The house had been on the market for a while with relatively little interest through a traditional estate agency, but Matt suggested an improved approach that generated decent interest, two good offers and a successful sale. They quickly produced great marketing materials that really showcased the property, highlighting its potential to a range of different buyers.<br><br>Throughout the process, they looked after us really well and were extremely easy to deal with.<br><br>Great ideas, great service and great support. Highly recommended.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Had the pleasure of being shown round a property today by Anita, from Morris Dibben, and what a delight she was. Very knowledgeable on the property and clearly had a great relationship with the owner. Clearly cared about what she was showing as she took us room by room with explanations of everything and saved the show stopping points of the property till last. Super friendly and easy to chat too as well as friendly and funny. I love the fact that she cared about the seller and the home she was selling for said seller as there was a high degree of trust as well as respect for the property, which is rare to find. Anita is a credit to her company, we really had a lovely visit, so thank you so much Anita for everything.
