Although it has been an emotional time we received great service through Peter David Properties in Brighouse. Right from the start the valuation was spot on and we received regular updates throughout. Annette in particular helped us to complete the sale. Highly recommended.

6th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very happy with the service provided. They did what they said, on time and explained what the next steps would be. No gimmicks or overpromising! They know the local area very well, the communication was well paced, realistic and relevant. The latter part of 2025 housing market conditions have proved difficult based on the economical impacts and due to the seasonality. Despite that things have progressed nicely.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the way she immediately understood what makes our property special gave us complete confidence that we’d chosen the right agent. Then I met Laura, who came to take the photos, and wow, she’s amazing. She has captured our home beautifully and created the most stunning brochure and descriptions. Seeing the finished result honestly made us fall in love with our home all over again.
