16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

25th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

19th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)2 viewings in 26 weeks, then held me to a 4 week notice period and didn't do anything more. Result was losing the house we were purchasing. Haven't even bothered to come and pick up their sign board.

The New Estates Office, London End,Beaconsfield, HP9 2HN(6 reviews)21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!
30th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Random viewings, a lot of people not suited for the house. In 6 months 1 genuine buyer that fell through twice, swapped agents and in 2 days sold with a block viewing of 8 buyers, also sold it well above asking price.

Nothing was too much trouble and every part of the process was carried out with reassurance, kindness and patience. I cannot recommend them enough and am so deeply grateful for them making a deeply painful journey much lighter. Thank you so much!

Everyone was efficient, kind and attentive to my needs and someone always answered the phone and sorted out any problems/questions I ever had. I would highly recommend them, such a professional team

They used technology to its full extent to showcase my home (drone and interior walkthrough) and for convenient communication. The whole team seemed engaged with the process, positive and smart. Highly recommend.

21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)The sales negotiator lacked the necessary skills and didn't respond to our emails. After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)They handled my sale very professionally and in what is normally a stressful experience for a seller and provided great support in constantly providing feedback on viewings and other advice as the sales progressed. When it came down to the closing stages they were extremely proactive in interacting with the other agent and all parties solicitors in keeping things moving. All the staff were so professional and very friendly and helped to guide me through everything. I would strongly recommend Robertson's to anyone looking to sell, and even to those wishing to buy a property. 10 out of 10!

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
