26th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Could not recommend Natasha Morello more highly. As a first time buyer the entire process was unknown to me and very confusing. Natasha talked me through every step and was super responsive to any questions I sent via email. We ran into difficulties getting a mortgage but this was all sorted and actually a pretty smooth process in the end. Connells were also responsive and quick in getting viewing and snagging lists sorted. Overall buying is a long and tough process, but Natasha made this all manageable and for that I can not thank her or recommend her enough!

I appreciated her patience, transparency and going out of the way to ensure I was in safe hands. As someone who is foreign and renting for the first time, the assurance and clear communication were crucial for me. Brianna went far and beyond in her duty and I'm most grateful to have met and liaised with her. Would highly recommend her to many others! x

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. 30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
