26th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)My impression is that none of the BM staff had any experience whatsoever - a very junior inexperienced team, lead by a very lacklustre, hands-off manager. It was clear very quickly they were not representing my house properly - which is the easiest house to sell! It's turnkey ready - presented as a show house in the most-sought after area, and on a private street. Yet i got not one viewing in 7 weeks! I had to re-write all the particulars - they missed ALL the sellable details! Because they were in breach of their own contract by going to market without my knowledge or permission, I was able to leave when they finally terminated the contract only after I brought in a litigator. Horrendous experience. Their contracts are also 20 weeks long! Stay away! Use a local, independent estate agent who cares about their reputation, knows the area, has a strong staff retention rate, employees who are homeowners and have gone through the buying/selling process themselves and want to do a great job.

12th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)The only quality agents in Bookham and only ones I would recommend if you want to sell. Angela and Nick were exceptional with many years experience between them which meant I trusted their opinions and views, I felt in good hands. They were honest, friendly and had integrity which were not normally words associated with estate agents. I’ve had experience of all agents on Bookham high street but it was only Angela and Nick who really took time to understand my position, listen, advice and stay in contact even if there wasn’t much of an update. They went above and beyond providing helpful guidance and advice when there were hiccups and quite crucially helping communicate between parties when things weren’t moving as quickly as desired - most agents don’t do this and pass it off to sales progressors. I have particularly valued having a relationship with Nick and Angela from start to finish which separates Huggins from the bigger chains. Maintaining relationship and contact between vendor and buyer is the difference between selling and not selling both did this exceptionally well. Special mention to Angela who gave me a lot of her time when things got stressful but they both had patience of saints. Nick and Angela would be my first choice for selling again and highly recommend to others.

Felt like getting blood out of a stone about visitor views, activity, pricing and other questions that were not fully answered. Lost confidence in their ability to sell our property. Very unsatisfactory experience.
16th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.
17th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)We did the purchase of our properties with Patrick Gardner Ashtead and they were relógio all throughout the purchase. Giving me weekly updates of where we were. We also had a nice little treat of free COOK meal voucher and flowers ????
22nd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)The valuation was questionable. We had one sales person who was very communicative but overall the service was not good. The people sent to show buyers around were not professional.
31st Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Avoid this Company at all costs. 4 times their tenants have flooded 2 flats below causing £30k + worth of damages and not once have they had the decency to apologise. The 2 affected flats have a key worker in one and an 85 year cancer patient in the other. There were 4 tenants in a one bed flat contravening tenancy rules. 2 were removed but 1 has moved back in so still contravening tenancy rules. Because they are receiving rent they have no interest in what the tenants are up to. The lady that owns the flat lives in Spain and has not made any contact either. A sham of a Company and if you are looking to let your flat, avoid these at all costs.

Darren and Shaun presented us with quality buyers so that each visit brought us closer to selling our home. would definitely recommend their services.

17th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Never in the office when we called, never replied to our emails, didn’t seem interested in selling our (low value) property. When we phoned the office nobody else could help or give us information about what was happening with our property, or whether there were any potential viewings. Talked a good talk and always had ‘an interested investor’ which never turned into a viewing. Very slow on technology - took 4 days to remove the property after the end of our contract (after 2 weeks notice). Had the cheek to try to get a sly viewing after we had moved on to another agent because ‘they were interested but couldn’t arrange a viewing last week’. Poor service, and doesn’t seem to work with his team. Unless you’re selling a high- value property with a juicy commission don’t bother.

My flat was empty and after the initial meeting I barely had to lift a finger. Their communication was excellent by e mail and phone. I would recommend them to everyone.

Communication has been brilliant too - if we had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I would recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.
