STOP harrasing me!

25th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)I have used Barnard Marcus, Sutton for the purchase of my first property. Being the first, I have a lot of questions and was totally unaware of the process. Wintana Araya (from Barnard Marcus) has come to my rescue and helped me immensely with explaining the entire process. She has patiently handled all my queries and cleared all the doubts. The good part is even if she was away, she used to get back to me at the earliest, which helps me in completing the entire process on time (which was the dire need for me). I would also like to mention Georgia Cowles, who has helped me a lot as well while Wintana was away on other appointments, etc. Thanks a lot Wintana, Georgia for your help!! I would really like to recommend Barnard Marcus for your property needs.

Zoe's expertise was invaluable throughout the entire process. She guided me through every step. Her patience and attention to detail were truly commendable. She always kept me informed about the progress, ensuring that I was never left in the dark. I was particularly impressed by Zoe's ability to address any questions or concerns I had promptly and professionally. Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Zoe and Gascoigne Pees. 16th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

The whole experience was helped by their whole team and in particular, Nicola, who was amazing. I live in France and my mum in Ashtead so we needed help with getting documents signed and sent off. They constantly reassured myself and my mum throughout the process.

She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.

22nd Mar 2025 (6 days ago)Excellent service! We had a great experience with Andrews Worcester Park and North Cheam branches. They helped sell our house within three months, and their fees were very reasonable. Tony and Andrew were really friendly, always kept us updated after viewings via phone or email, and ensured we had viewings every week. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again if we ever decide to sell.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
