Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.
4th Jul 2025 (4 days ago)Outstanding service. Sarah handled the sale of a property. She was incredibly proactive and helpful in ensuring everything went smoothly. This was particularly important since it was complicated by me being overseas, so Sarah coordinated with several contractors to get the property ready for sale ahead of finding a good buyer. I am really happy with Sarah, Shelley and the team at Patrick Gardner. They are very responsive, and have a great "can-do" attitude.

4th Jul 2025 (4 days ago)I have had a brilliant experience buying my forever home through V&H homes. The Sales Manager, Maria, was with me every step of the way. All questions I had were answered, all emails were responded to swiftly and support was in place right up until we exchanged and completed. Maria showed great empathy, she listened to my concerns when there were bumps in our chain and she always came up with a solution to sort out the problem. I am very very grateful to Maria and her team who made a stressful situation, calm. 5 stars!!!! ???? ????????????????

7th May 2025 (9 weeks ago)We have recently sold a house using Mark Anthony Estate Agents in Ewell and from the initial valuation of the property when we first met Mark Feltham, his expertise and local knowledge was very reassuring. Throughout the entire sales process, we have been impressed by the friendly, helpful way Mark has communicated with us, always available and nothing too much trouble. Mark gave us a really professional and personal service, going above and beyond on several occasions to assist us as we lived a good distance away from the property being sold. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Anthony Estate Agents.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 22nd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

17th Sep 2024 (9 mo. ago)You would normally have to drag me kicking and screaming to post a review of an estate agent, but I can’t say enough good things about Team Hawksman - amazing team, friendly, honest and proactive. Thoroughly recommended and whenever we come to sell, they will be our go to agents. Having dealt with multiple of agents over the last few months, Hawksman are head and shoulders above. Thanks all!

From our first meeting to the final handover, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.
