2nd Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

19th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)We were selling a riverside property and approached Waterview and another, ordinary estate agent. Waterview's valuation was substantially higher than the other agent. We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.
1st Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Shocking agency. I have been waiting for over a year to be reimbursed as a result of having to vacate early due as the heating packed up at the coldest time of the year. I was only a few weeks from the end of my tenancy so they just didn't care. They never respond to any emails. Never return calls. The only time they did comment was to claim that a window latch was broken and they needed to understand the cost before they reimbursed my last two weeks tenancy. It was a complete lie about the window. Just a delaying tactic. They've ignored everything for over a year now. They had no intention of reimbursing me. Shameless organization. Beware all owners - they didn't do a single tenancy check when I was there. Tenants - I've heard numerous stories of them keeping deposits for months. Don't take the risk. The reviews on here speak for themselves.

4th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dexters acting somewhere between the management and the agent even though the landlady broke her own lease and sent a series of rude emails following. Upon URGENT INSPECTION it turns out most of the issues were from her lack of maintenance (landlady from HELL), mainly the landlady’s fault but dexters have really only been helpful when it’s suited them or my dragon landlady. I would never rent from them again, avoid- they do not cater to tenants! If there was a place to review private landlords I would post there to name and shame & avoid this happening to any other tenants!

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

31st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)The chap who we first saw seemed very straightforward and easy to deal with. He didn't seem to be trying to impress us particularly, just being straightforward. He was probably in his forties and had been in the trade for quite a while and was the owner of the Seymours franchise which we thought was a good sign. He was never pushy throughout the process and his team members were of the same ilk. Straightforward, easy to talk to and helpful. Once the house went on the market they got a lot of viewings in in a short time, so they were obviously good at attracting potential buyers. Oh, and I was offered 1% commission + VAT without even have to negotiate. This was important, but the overall feel of Seymours was more important. Communication was generally good, it was easy to talk to someone when I needed to.
16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Sold the house eventually but didn't seem to be very proactive at the start of the process. We wrote our own blurb, we retook some of the photos so they were on a sunny day. It felt as though they were hoping the house would sell itself rather than hyping it up and having an open day with lots of viewings on 1 day. This then meant that the only way to renew interest was to drop the price several times. They however really worked hard for us when our buyer threatened to pull out..png)

14th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I can find no reason to recommend Barons Estate Agents, and every reason to ward against using them. From the start of my tenancy, right the way through to the end, the service I experienced with Barons was nothing short of terrible. At the beginning of the tenancy, we were informed that Barons would be dealing with us and the landlord would not be directly involved. This isn't an unusual practice. What was unusual, however, was that Barons clearly thought that their role was part-time: several times we had very pressing issues (due to the deteriorating conditions at the flat) and Barons flat out ignored our attempts to contact them. In all honesty, the only thing that you can rely on for Barons is for their consistent inability to respond to any communication, whether it be calls, texts, or emails, no matter how important the issue is. These experiences extended to the end of our tenancy, when I was left genuinely fearful that Baron's had done a runner with the sum of my deposit. It took more than a month, and a flat out lie from Barons that the sum had been transferred, to receive my deposit back. I can find no reason to recommend Baron's Estate Agents, and every reason to ward against using them. As other's have stated, I would absolutely review this estate agents as zero stars, if it were possible to do so. They are unprofessional, completely unreliable and have no integrity.
