Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

12th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Called them to clarify some aspects regarding a property I've been interested in, they were not able to answer my questions, an agent said something, another agent something completely different, I made an higher offer and I've been told they can't find my details, then they canceled my second viewing saying that the vendor accepted an offer. Im sure they didn't forward my offer to the vendor.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

When he asked us which solicitor we were using, he bad mouthed the firm, and advised us to use his own friend instead. The email we received from the friend did not inspire confidence. Poor spelling, had our home address completely wrong, spelled my name incorrectly, spelled Lee’s name incorrectly, sentences incomplete. So, we went with our original choice of solicitor. We did ask various professionals about the claims Lee had made about our solicitor, none of which matched his character assassination. Lee then advised the owner of the house we wanted to buy that our solicitor would eventually lose him the sale, and told him to refuse to sell to us unless we changed to another solicitor. This is most unprofessional and most likely illegal. We would not, under any circumstances, use Lee Wainwright again, even if he had the most perfect house for us on his books. We will not be dictated to, and we have the right to choose our own professionals. Our offer to buy still stands but Lee took it upon himself to withdraw our offer himself, basically blackmailing us. The vendor is now aware of all of this and is equally not impressed.
24th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well

The house completed in less than 2 months from the offer being accepted. They may not be the biggest, but they are definitely the best agents in Liverpool. Don't make the mistake of going elsewhere.
