Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

She got us appointments for loads of houses that matched our criteria and arranged them sensibly so we could get to everything with plenty of time. Fab! thanks Val!
5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used entwhistle green maghull when selling our mum and dad's house .We have been very happy with the excellent service we received from all the staff.We could not have wished for more throughout the process.We met Sarah who was always pleasant and professional.Georgia has also been very professional happy and has been our main support, always keeping us up to date replying to our many phone calls and emails, and helping us through any problems we encountered.Sam too was prompt when we needed advice and support.Thank you all staff we have been so happy with the care and attention we received.If in the future we ever need to sell or rent a property, we definitely would use entwhistle green again,we will be advising anybody we know to do the same.Thank you again Jan and Michael Sharrock, Paul and Maria Turner.

12th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Their local knowledge and use of social media helped to get us a quick sale at the best possible price. With great communication and lots of advice on our purchase as well, they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a family run business who are easy to deal with and offer a great service to their clients.

20th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Used this company as my solicitors for buying and selling carole and Joanne done a good job but at times I needed a solicitor who worked 5 days a week and not 3 because at times I got stressed on the days no one could help but overall I would recommend using them.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well
