I have repeatedly rung and called into the office about a property listed for sale. Apparently, the keys hadn’t been handed in to the office (so why would you even list it if you couldn’t show people around.) I rang first thing this morning after going into the office last week and being assured that as soon as the keys were available, I would receive a call. Nobody answered the telephone this morning so I left a message. I missed the return call but telephoned again later to be told that someone had called me last week (a lie) and that there was now an interested party and they weren’t showing anyone else around the property. Shocking service. I also hate being lied to. I won’t look at any more properties listed by Moving Works.

Professional, and patient with excellent communication.
My partner and I moved into a Moving Works property recently. Victoria, our letting agent, could not have been more accommodating or informative. The response was quick, smooth and stress free. We felt valued as prospective tenants, and now we feel very happy as tenants.
We would recommend Moving Works to our friends, family and acquaintances if asked. I can't wait to introduce our families to our beautiful little space, welcoming them into our new home over the Christmas period.
