Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I TOTALLY recommend this agent, especially Megan & Lee. We were selling my elderly parents house, and they dealt with the process with compassion and dedication. The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We used entwhistle green maghull when selling our mum and dad's house .We have been very happy with the excellent service we received from all the staff.We could not have wished for more throughout the process.We met Sarah who was always pleasant and professional.Georgia has also been very professional happy and has been our main support, always keeping us up to date replying to our many phone calls and emails, and helping us through any problems we encountered.Sam too was prompt when we needed advice and support.Thank you all staff we have been so happy with the care and attention we received.If in the future we ever need to sell or rent a property, we definitely would use entwhistle green again,we will be advising anybody we know to do the same.Thank you again Jan and Michael Sharrock, Paul and Maria Turner.

12th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The person who came to see us was Mark Curley, he is of the upmost professional in his approach to his work, very knowledgeable!! his advise & help his 2nd to none.???? I couldn't recommend him enough. A great asset to Flexi agent ???? Keep hold of this guy!!!

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Firstly, I need to apologise that this took me so long to get done!! We moved house at the beginning of November and things have been pretty full on since then! Anyways, I have to say that during the ENTIRE process, Kate, Jess, Sally, and the rest of the team at North Wall were absolutely amazing!!! From the inital stages of getting our house on the market to the final move day!! Everything from their social media, communication, and all of the positive attitudes from all the staff in the office made the whole process so much more of a positive experience than I expected! Anyone who has bought and sold knows how stressful it can be and everyone at North Wall knows this and they acknowledge this throughout the whole process: getting excited with you, and keeping you sane when things are challenging! I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if i was to move again (I certainly won't be...hahaha!) then I would 100% use Kate and the team again. Fantastic company to deal with and absolutely wonderful people! Thank you all so much!!!
