We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

She was very knowledgeable and able to give us some ideas for how the accommodation could be adapted to better suit our circumstances. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

9th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

We were buying a property that they had on the market and were unfortunately dealing with some less than supportive solicitors. Mel was amazing throughout and helped guide us through a very stressful process and helped us feel like our voices were heard. If it hadn't have been for the team at Hammond Properties, we likely would not have been able to move into our home before Christmas.
