19th Oct 2023 (10 mo. ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )- 30th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !

We rate their local market knowledge and high level of commitment. First and foremost, our experience with Beresford Adams has been exceptional: from the first time we spoke with them to enquire about a property last year to our dealings with them to get the current property we are in now. They are a friendly, professional lot; we can only speak highly of them. To Ffion: wow! You are exceptional at your job: you really do take a personal approach to your position and we have no doubt this is what separates you from a lot of other lettings negotiators in the industry. From remembering Maria when she called about the property we're in now, to the warm and friendly viewing you gave us, to your personal sadness that you couldn't be in the office to hand over the keys to us. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. Thank you.

Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.
19th Apr 2024 (21 weeks ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
5th Oct 2017 (6 years ago)One of London's free public parks with easy free access to washrooms and refreshments with basic casual dining facilities for family Ann's friends. Accessible by public transit (Hern hill) station and within walking distance of a bustling market and stores. Pubs and bars are also within walking distance. Be aware of dogs as it is a popular location for dog walking but if you like people and dog walking, this would be a great park for you.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

She communicated our queries to the landlady and came back with the assurance that we were looking for. Throughout the whole process we were guided along the way to a successfully acceptance by the landlady of the property that we were applying to rent. To Helen we wish her our kindest Regards. 31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Not being my first rodeo, I think I'm in a position to say that Pete and Nikki make a fabulous team - hard working, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive - providing a five star service in every way.
