19th Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )

2nd Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)This was the first time I had used Prys Jones & Booth and I have to say they were brilliant. Tom came to the property and provided a good, honest assessment and valuation. It was important to me to have excellent customer service and they certainly provided this. Rhydian kept me updated throughout the whole process and provided all the help I needed. The sale of the property was seamless from start to finish. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend them and I know friends and family will use them in the future.
7th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)I have dealt with many Estate Agents but Jones Peckover has proven to be the best I have dealt with. The communication was outstanding, was always kept up to date by either phone or email. There have been some staff changes over the last couple of years in Denbigh, but I do have to say the Abergele Manger was outstanding, friendly, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely recommend Jones peckover after the service I received.
13th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)As new landlords having Natasha and Rachel's support to guide us through the process was invaluable. They were supportive and informative at all times and we always felt that our interests were central to the process. Their guidance in preparing the property for rental was particularly important as there were many things we needed to conclude before we could rent. We had one or two false starts with tenants however they managed this smoothly and worked hard to find a tenant that fitted our requirements in addition to suiting the tenant. Perhaps most important of all, as landlords we felt listened to and the communication was excellent. Super agent that i would highly recommend to others

Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.

They have explained everything in fine detail and nothing is to much trouble for them. Everything we asked for they have provided. We have been very pleased with their service so far and would gladly recommend them.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

3rd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!
