They provided high quality photographs of the proerty, all framed to show it at its best. Throughout the sales process they kept in touch and made sure that everyone in the chain knew what was happening and what had to be done next.
1st Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

The sale was very quick (within 2.5wks) and we were pleased with the price (only 7K off its maximum value, we possibly could have held out for more but wanted a quick sale). Also we got sound advice every time we asked for it, si felt supported through the process. Our agent got back to us incredibly quickly whenever we had questions or submitted anything.

Neil managed to find ways around difficulties that we would never have thought of and we are so grateful for all of his hard work. Hands down the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Also, the house warming present was very generous and such a lovely surprise. Thank you!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
