Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

11th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)In a slow market (September 2023) Lloyd and the team went about their job with enthusiasm and clear communication. They found a suitable buyer within 6 weeks after which they showed patience and perseverance and the Conveyancers first chosen by the buyer were absolutely useless. Stonhills kept pressing and gently pushing and although the buyer had to change Conveyancer after 5 months, we achieved Completion on 30/4/24. My thanks to the Stonhills team, I recommend them

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Had to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents. So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . I would have no hesitation in recommending them First class Dave

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
