Special thanks to Raji Bhangra who made our stay very enjoyable. Raji has been very supportive and was always reachable to solve any issues. We only had to leave the house for a bigger house. I would definitely recomment PL

She did so much to help me after having trouble sorting out renting and she was just fabulous throughout. So lovely and nothing was to much trouble. I plan on living in my new place for many years but should that ever change Nikki will be my first point of contact for help in the future. And will highly recommend to all. She really is a credit to connells and goes above and beyond to provide an amazing service.

8th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've had two frustrating experiences with this agency and strongly advise against renting from them, especially at St Johns Rd in Kettering. If you want to avoid a major headache during your lease, steer clear of them. My initial experience with their Wellingborough property was even worse. Despite giving them another chance, their maintenance team has been extremely unprofessional. I’m particularly disgruntled because, after months of trying to resolve the issues, nothing has been done. Both the agency and the landlord have been unresponsive, and I’m now pursuing legal action and stop paying rent. To be clear, the same Connie who’s receiving praise from some of you has been ineffective and unhelpful, which makes me wonder if there’s selective treatment happening.

Johnson handled the house we were interested in, communicating is brilliant and in the loop all the time.

However these guys came out on top with contact, knowing what I was looking for and showing me amazing properties to my tastes. Definitely would recommend Carolyn and Carter as they were the best in what they did and I was registered with a few but these guys ave you the personal touch, that you mattered. Loved and would highly recommend.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
