I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional, nonchalant, and slow service I received from this estate agency. My experience with the team has been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to the public's attention.
Firstly, I have found it extremely difficult to get in touch with the office. Phone calls are rarely answered, and messages left are not returned in a timely manner. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unprofessional.
On one occasion, I tried to arrange a second viewing of Rectory Farm and proposed several appointment options. However, none of these options were accommodated, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, during another viewing, the agent was extremely late and informed me only upon arrival that there was a different entrance to the property. This crucial information should have been communicated in advance to avoid confusion and wasted time.
The most disappointing incident occurred when I was trying to follow up on a property. Despite multiple attempts to reach the office, my calls were not returned. When I finally managed to speak with Izzie, I was informed that the property had been sold subject to contract, and there was no intention of further engagement on the matter. This lack of transparency and follow-up is unacceptable.
I hope they take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly to improve on their service, for both buyers and vendors sake (especially for the vendor who is clearly receiving a substandard service).... Read more
