24th Jun 2024 (6 mo. ago)Planned a viewing and drove the 1 hour journey to view. Filled out all the forms to do the viewing to then sit and wait for a response weather we had the house of not potentially missing opportunities on other houses. We only found out the house had gone to someone else due to searching online and seeing it was let agreed. Estate agents are good for noting and just want to collect there money every month. Not had a good one yet.

Prestan in particular was excellent, simplifying the process & ensuring I was clear on the steps that needed to be taken. I would highly recommend.- 6th Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)I wish I could give no stars. They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

She regularly checked it with us and always helped where she could. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any future house sales. Thank you for all your help.- 26th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)Efficient, courteous & extremely fast sale Have just received & accepted an offer less than a week after engaging Connells to sell the property. There was not even time for photographs to be taken or a brochure constructed; Connells contacted people they thought might be interested & 4 viewings took place within 5 days of instructing them. What more can I say? An extremely satisfied customer. Particular thanks to David Lloyd-Jones.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Even so, we were completely blown away by the high standard of service, support and advice we received throughout the process of selling our home. The current system for buying & selling homes in the UK is out dated and simply put it increases the stress and worry for sellers and buyers alike. Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. On their website, Round & Jackson introduce themselves as offering a “modern approach with honest and traditional values and we aim to provide the highest level of service to sellers and buyers” our experience is that they absolutely achieve this and more. At the start of the process, it is easy to underestimate the importance and value of using an excellent agent. There is so much to say about this amazing team, so many small and big things that they do to proactively support the process, their expertise and professionalism are exceptional and we would highly recommend anyone selling or buying to contact Round & Jackson

Everyone of the team are really friendly and approachable. If I had any queries they would always make time for me to give advice and explain the process clearly. Which was so reassuring especially when you know you have their support through what can be a stressful process. Thanks to Jeremy and the team our dream of a new home has become a reality.

13th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
