28th Jul 2024 (20 weeks ago)Looking further afield at where i want to live which reaches the right balance and unfortunately everything on offer is too expensive for my income. Its a sad state of the country which is not really FennWrights fault but they are part of the industry so they needed to know and when challenged on this some became upset and brazen about that's just how it is. 625, for a admittedly well decorated but E graded EPC bedsit above your shop just is not acceptable. For that price you could have provided furniture and all the other stuff and i stand my ground that a fair rent would be an annual yield of 3 to 5 percent. Especially as the original maisonette above had been originally i believe social housing scheme which and then you then became the managing agents of. Turning the 2 bedroom maisonettes into single units was crazy. Now i suppose someone is without a living room and i bet the rent is exorbitant. Especially as you are the owners of the block somehow. I guess its who you know at Tendring.

6th Oct 2024 (10 weeks ago)Just sold our house and purchased our new property with Winkworth. Had a really positive experience. Good profile pictures taken of our home which showcased it well. Communication was good - regular updates with feedback following viewings and mediating between parties when going through the legal process / until completed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Matthew who was our main point of contact, which made the stress of house moving easier.

Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

24th May 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

1st Sep 2024 (15 weeks ago)We used Lawrence Antony Homes to sell our property in Thorpe Bay. From start to finish the process was seamless and Antony's knowledge of the process was superb which helped the selling and buying process to go through smoothly. Andrea who works with Antony was very efficient, she was phoning us every few days to update us on what was happening and this really put our minds at rest. We have used other agencies in the past but we noticed the personal touch when using Lawrence Antony Homes. On our moving day Antony popped round with a bottle of prosecco to wish us well for our new property in Cambridge. I would highly recommend using Antony he offers a 5 ***** service.

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.

It was not a straightforward Sale due to issues with our properties management company but the team went above and beyond to make sure we got their in the end. Special mention to Sam (Sales Progressor) who proved extremely effective when chasing our management company and putting pressure on when needed.
