29th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

9th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

17th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)They initially overvalued the property by a significant amount vs what we finally managed to sell for. They also didn't initially do what they said they would in terms of advertising and the communication was spotty at the start. I then called to raise my concerns, ended up dealing with the manager and things really got much better from then on. All the issues were fixed, we started getting loads of viewings and the communications were excellent. That's why we stayed with them after our sole mandate contract ran out. Things go wrong but it's how you deal with that that counts. And they dealt with it very professionally. If w definitely use them again.

30th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
