I needed some help with modern technology in making a recent application and they really go out of their way to help. 6th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)Firstly I met with Victoria which established the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with your line of business. She was smart, experienced and knew the market and challenges. It was very comforting and then to be followed up by Sue, James and the selling Ladies , one of whom out of the three I thought a little dippy, but having said that she was probably the one who showed the new buyers around! Very quickly there were people through the door and many of them! Yes, my house is in a great location and reasonably laid out but “Rightmove” is not the only vehicle that sells houses! It’s a true credit to Savills and Victoria who lead the charge, and made this trip enjoyable. Thank you, Lesley FORROW??

Luke Hill, Branch Manager (North), and the other members of staff, have shown consistent professionalism in the marketing, and viewing, of my property, as well as looking for houses that I may be interested in, in my search for my next home. Very satisfied.

Angela was excellent: calm; communicative and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and although she was on leave during the period in which two offers were made on our property, she made herself available to liaise between us and the prospective buyers. I can’t recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough and would definitely use Osprey again if the opportunity arose.

Edward Stuart had very good reviews so we chose to advertise our house with them. 6 viewings and 2 offers have meant we can move on to looking for our next property with more confidence. They were polite, punctual and professional.

However, annoying how everything is through the Street app - I'm not interested in signing up given I already have to register with Villager before viewing and I'm not selling with you. Happy to provide property feedback electronically but not where I need to have an account.
22nd Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)We were so impressed with Winkworth, more specifically Millie. She was FANTASTIC! Millie kept us up-to-date with the property we were purchasing. She even helped on our sale as our estate agents were so incompetent. Millie understood the stress of selling and buying, was so supportive and went way above what she was meant to do. We are forever grateful and we would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their house in Bourne and the surrounding areas. Even though we didn’t sell through Winkworth, we would do in the future, but we cannot see us ever selling as we’ve found our forever home. Thank you Millie!
