29th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

All the phone calls and all the interaction with every at Henderson has been amazing.. special shout out to Lee and Jack who where extremly helpfull and hands on. I will always be grateful. An when ever my next adventure happens. I'm definatly using Henderson again. Strongly recommend
26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)Although we were busy and got a lot of viewings, I ended up showing all the people around. They had very little interaction with us after viewing. The pictures were very dark and then estate agent, not a photographer came out to retake. I will say they were very good at getting me feedback, which was very useful. I also had opportunities to be advertised in London which I didn't have the chance to take up.

From Grace's first valuation visit to the final conversation on key handover to Helen, every interaction has been the perfect mix of professional and friendly. The plan of how to sell outlined on day 1 was followed and enabled us to have a really slick sales process. I am more than happy to recommend their services. We have viewed many properties with many agents, but Nathaniel was exceptional and stood out head and shoulders from the rest. He was charming, thorough and really sold the property. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, you definitely need Connells and a Nathaniel.

19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional, nonchalant, and slow service I received from this estate agency. My experience with the team has been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to the public's attention. Firstly, I have found it extremely difficult to get in touch with the office. Phone calls are rarely answered, and messages left are not returned in a timely manner. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unprofessional. On one occasion, I tried to arrange a second viewing of Rectory Farm and proposed several appointment options. However, none of these options were accommodated, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, during another viewing, the agent was extremely late and informed me only upon arrival that there was a different entrance to the property. This crucial information should have been communicated in advance to avoid confusion and wasted time. The most disappointing incident occurred when I was trying to follow up on a property. Despite multiple attempts to reach the office, my calls were not returned. When I finally managed to speak with Izzie, I was informed that the property had been sold subject to contract, and there was no intention of further engagement on the matter. This lack of transparency and follow-up is unacceptable. I hope they take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly to improve on their service, for both buyers and vendors sake (especially for the vendor who is clearly receiving a substandard service).

30th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

Always honest, fair and reasonable for both sides, prompt to respond and eager to push the transaction through without applying pressure. I couldn’t recommend Joseph highly enough and will 100% be using him when I come to sell my home .

The process went smoothly and the team kept us updated all along the way.
