27th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)The process started well but after my property was put on Rightmove there was no verbal or written communication. My email query was not responded to until I telephoned two days after I had sent it. Feedback on the one viewing that I had accommodated at short notice was not received until three days after again in response to my telephone call. The person who answered that telephone call was polite but very abrupt. I felt not supported or listened to and therefore cancelled my contract with them within the 14 days cooling off period.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
