Thanks so much again. 15th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

From the moment we agreed a sale, Elizabeth has been fantastic in not only progressing the sale, but also in keeping us informed of progress. She has been enormously proactive in getting solicitors and buyer to communicate. We felt well looked after as vendors. Thank you!

24th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have been trying to be in the property ladder for almost 2 years and thought I would never be a homeowner because of the tedious process, but Hancock and Partners made it so easy to get it done. From home viewing to smooth completion, staff have been very supportive and even welcomed us with a housewarming present. Special thanks to Joel who helped us made this dream a reality. 5 stars are not enough for an exceptional treatment to clients.

3rd Oct 2024 (20 days ago)I have had an extremely good experience of working with Simon Caplin and Adrian Parker in the Auctions Department of Parsons Son and Basley. Simon was with me every step of the way in the auction process giving me his expert guidance and advice. He has such a wealth of knowledge and experience in every aspect of the process and was able to move things on and get to the heart of matters quickly and efficiently and maintained a positive and highly professional attitude throughout. The Auction process was new to me and Simon made navigating it straightforward and effective. Nothing was too much trouble and calls and queries were dealt with quickly and effectively. I am very grateful for all the work he has done on the sale of my property
16th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I made the mistake of paying GG a lump sum upfront. After the required 12 weeks were up I pulled out as I felt they had made no attempt to market the property. They promised to return the fee in 28 days but didn't do so. Currently chasing through the courts, but I think they are very experienced at this game. Avoid!
29th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)After a rocky start (there were a whole load of errors on the draft details and it was clear that they had simply copy and pasted the details from a previous marketing of the house, without noting that an extension had been built - which caused us to question their fee!), things improved markedly. Communication with the sales team in the Emsworth office was efficient and timely and the sale was completed within 6 months of going on the market and with minimal fuss. Thank you.

22nd Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Bernards miraculously sold our house within a week (this being after being with another high street agent for 20 weeks!) Our biggest regret is not being with Bernard's from the get-go. The whole team worked with us in a professional, honest and friendly manner, always available to reach anyone and we couldn't recommend them more. Thank You Bernards but especially Martin you are all a fantastic team and we can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us in such a short space of time????

To the extent that they became the primary source of information to many of the buyers in the chain. Big shout out to India and Tim. I have had a few estate agents in my time, but none anywhere close to Strutts
13th Jul 2024 (15 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

24th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Knight Frank were absolutely brilliant. Kate Erlam was completely amazing and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.

They are professional, knowledgeable, incredibly communicative and above all, kind. None of our silly questions were too much for Simon and the team and throughout we genuinely felt important to them. Redwood and Sons also did not hesitate to chase things up for us, and I don’t think we would have made it through the process without them. We would absolutely not hesitate to use Redwood and Sons in the future.
