31st Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago)Communication okay, Simon and Emily were absolutely wonderful-others not so great! On one occasion we had a viewing that we made arrangements for and was called 10 minutes before to be cancel all because the agent was running late and mixed up her diary, was also super unprofessional! We have eventually sold for 10k lower than asked for but had 3 viewings in 8 weeks.

28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

27th Sep 2025 (11 weeks ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

12th Aug 2025 (18 weeks ago)We chose Pendle Hill Properties to manage the sale of Mum's flat, a one bedroom property in a retirement development, having reviewed a number of agents and deciding we wanted someone local, someone with a clearly published package and commitment to customer service - and for Pendle Hill Properties, bespoke is their standard. The team were helpful with advice for getting the property ready for sale: all pragmatic (we recommend a deep clean and clear) , nothing silly but rather a frank appraisal of the property, its value and guidance on asking price etc; how they would present and market the property. No inflations or exaggerations. On engaging them, the contract was clear, with no hidden costs; the photographs were clear and bright without that fish-eye lens distortion you get with some agencies and the video was impressive. There was a moment of "is this the right flat!" and I threatened to make an offer myself it looked so good! An offer was made on the property within a couple of weeks and the team kept us informed of progress throughout the conveyancing process and drove that process forward with both team of solicitors until completion. A pleasure to deal with and really pleased with their professionalism and commitment.
