17th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen

Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

8th May 2026 (3 days ago)Don't waste your time. Told first viewings on Hedgerows Road would be Saturday. Viewing then cancelled as they made further viewings available to others earlier in week, so property gone. Wasting people's time.

He was very fast at responding to emails and no question seemed too much for him. He also accommodated my working hours and made himself available later on. Honestly made a stressful time of selling our house (within 48 hours of going live may I add) as easy as she possibly could. All the staff give a personal touch and that cannot be matched. Definitely recommend for buying and selling.
