13th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Avoid letting from Kingswood, they are not proactive when it comes to making repairs to the property. don't expect a response to emails or get a call back if it comes to maintenance on the property, you may be lucky enough for you ceiling to come though due to leaks that was reported to 18 months prior, you will get a so-called builder who attempts to repair whilst constantly pointing and repeat the word "problem" ( my 8 year old could of done a better job). They have a fantastic list of approved builders only to be compered as usfull as Frank Spencer.
4th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

I would highly recommend them, I couldn't have been more impressed particularly as you don't hear good reports of estate agents, but that's definitely not the case with Louise and her team! Thanks for everything.

From start to finish, they have been great with communication, prompt and unreal with my 100s of questions. The whole process has been stress free for us as they have dealt with everything on point. Francesca has been dealing with our case mainly from the initial viewing to the final process, and words cannot express how thankful we are! Not only friendly, but very quick with responses and dealt with everything for us. She was there when we had questions and never made us feel out of the loop. Thank you once again. Will definitely be using in the future when their services are needed.

Their local knowledge and use of social media helped to get us a quick sale at the best possible price. With great communication and lots of advice on our purchase as well, they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. This is a family run business who are easy to deal with and offer a great service to their clients.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Recently used Howard from Lancastrian Estates in selling a property on our behalf. Because of the distance involved all of the communication was through WhatsApp, email,or phone. Howard sorted everything needed including a solicitor for the conveyancing and provided a seamless service from start to finish with courtesy and professionalism. This was supported by weekly phone calls from Kerry at head office with any relevant updates. Would highly recommend.
