9th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)We found Keenans to be very professional and helpful from the start. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

19th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Wanted to leave a review and say a massive thank you to the team at Preston, Louise has been my file handler and has been very helpful and on point for contact the entire process, really pleased with that, Ste at the office was a joy to work with and completed my file and advertising on point. Really got behind the valuation and made his visit feel personal and engaging which I appreciated massively. My situation with solicitors was a nightmare and they weren't particularly helpful at times, Nicola was amazing with her assistance in all regards, really helped me feel less stressed and frustrated with the processes outside my control, we had a good laugh through the sale and her professional attitude towards the situations faced really made all the difference, loved working with the guys on my sale and would definitely come back again. Nicola was a Star, as I say a credit to the team and much love from me on all you have done for me and my Mrs over the last 3-4 months.
30th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)There was a lot of miscommunication. Staff didn’t set the burglar alarm after viewings. Garage door left open, resulting in an expensive petrol lawn mower being stolen. Definitely not worth the 0.1% saving compared with other estate agents. An apology would have been better than your inexcusable excuse in your reply.

I would not hesitate in recommending the agency after a sucessful completion was achieved. Thankyou to all the staff . D Lythgoe.
27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

26th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Tried other estate agents in Southport to buy and sell no joy. Along comes Marc Curley auctioneer at Flexi Agent and boom.. house sold purchased another.. within 6 months. This guy WILL keep you in the loop of the process at all times. Recently widowed I was treated compassionately I would highly reccomend Flexi agent the staff are all really top of the game and so proffesional. Flexi agent stand out on their own they will get you where you need to be they're trustworthy and I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Anthony was Incredible; this is a boutique estate agent and focuses on every little detail to ensure the house is sold. From the premium photography to the realistic market valuation of the flat. We got an offer accepted within 2 weeks.
17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
25th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We would highly 100% recommend W&J We had a fantastic experience with W&J Properties (aka Will & Jordan) They were incredibly efficient and always friendly. We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay. We would highly recommend Will, Jordan & the Team. Therefore if Anyone is looking for a smooth house selling experience, with professionalism just give them a call. Thank you so much Andy & Pat
