24th Aug 2024 (16 days ago)Had a valuation book they did not turn up but most annoying they did not advise me that they were not honouring the booking despite having my contact phone no and email very unprofessional outfit and despite the fact that I was interested in a property on there books I will not be dealing with this company again feel sorry for the seller as I'm a cash buyer with funds in place
24th Aug 2024 (16 days ago)They do not return there calls as promised when you ask for an update , tried calling 6 times over two days and no one answered or returned my messages, very disappointed with the branch manager Ben who does not return his calls !!!

Process of putting on an offer was straightforward, and handled well by the agent. Kerry in Sales Progression was also fantastic in helping communicate with vendors, and in suggesting local surveyors/solicitors to go to. Lancastrian really helped make the process of buying a house into a very seamless, positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
