26th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We had a very positive experience with Brand Vaughan, especially Tom, Kate and Angela, while selling our flat near Preston Park. They were consistently friendly, approachable and easy to deal with—a really human, down-to-earth team, which was refreshing. They did a great job helping to keep our chain moving when delays arose. Although our flat sold for much less than we had hoped, we feel this was more down to current market conditions and it resulted in us being able to negotiate a similar amount off of the purchase price of our new house with their help. Most importantly, we felt in safe hands and that they genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again! Helen & Liam

It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

5th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

From the very beginning all the way through to completion, she was incredibly supportive, professional, and proactive. Buying a property can often be stressful, but Sarah and the HP Staff made the entire process feel much smoother. She did a fantastic job acting as the bridge between us as buyers and the seller, ensuring communication was always clear and timely. Whenever questions or issues came up, she was quick to respond and always kept everyone informed, which really helped keep the process moving forward. What stood out most was her dedication and genuine care. She consistently went the extra mile to make sure things stayed on track and that both sides felt comfortable and informed at every stage. It really felt like she was invested in helping us reach a positive outcome. We agreed a price range and viewings started in the 1st week. We received two amazing offers in the 3rd week. However having lived here since 1991 it is proving difficult to give it up so decided to stay. Fox and Sons were very accomdating and understanding of our decision. I would recommend Fox and Sons Colin

Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

6th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.

The transaction had some complexity in terms of finding the right timeline for it to happen, but Jimmy gave all parties good advice, so that we were able to reach a great solution. Jimmy was very professional throughout and made the whole experience very satisfactory. He was also very punctual, positive and approachable. We highly recommend Jimmy and Tailor James.
