27th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Not a great experience with this company. Placed in a property via my local authority. One company fronts for this company. From day one I reported issues to the initial company I was introduced to. I had a random visit from the owner of this company who found it amusing and failed to comprehend exposed scolding hot pipes, over 1.5m drops in the back garden with no rails, loose paving, an un lockable back door, holes in walls and floors plus many more hazards were an serious issue for an ASD child. He dismissed me and instructed me to get a quote to decorate the bathroom while skipping out of the house arrogantly. I have since come to find out he is not just the estate agent but also the owner. After months of failed repairs by unskilled random men I had to get Environmental Health to inspect. In addition to the faults I identified there were multiple hazards identified including Cat 1 health and safety issues. I have even found slugs in the house. After all this still no effort to repair. Have the audacity to call me sis when you met me but have me and my kids living like this? Absolutely disgraceful people. When I am moved the whole street will get a copy of the report so other families you happily take GBP’s for will know exactly what they are dealing with!

25th Sep 2019 (4 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

Consistently use their initiative with formal processes. Prompt regarding compliance issues and punctual around visits. I would recommend them again and again.
2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)The estate agent I spoke to came across very rude and judgemental, they seemed very unprepared and came across to seem that they aren’t interested in helping tenants find a property, unfortunately during a housing crisis and many struggling with the likelihood of becoming homeless this isn’t appreciated and I would avoid this agency if you’d actually like to find a house to rent.

Their valuation was spot on and we received three offers from the first viewings at the price we wanted. Tony and Mark a big thank you from us!!
13th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all.
