For an elderly seller it has felt so important to have such a high level of reassurance and wonderful communication from Chris and the whole team. Questions have been answered rapidly and we have never felt that it wasn't a priority to get out house sold.
23rd Apr 2022 (2 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information- 22nd Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)UNPROFESSIONAL!they accept my saftey deposit and all my references checked,after wasting my 1 week when i go for contract sign she said property is rented out a week ago to someone.making lame excuses clearly could tell she was lying or was not aware of situation.RUBBISH services and totally unprofessional

5th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Previously I went with Gower Dawes and had a torrid experience in all honesty but not about to revisit this. I then changed to Haart and was apprehensive as they were more expensive and everyone kept saying all estate agents are the same. Well let me tell you now, they are certainly not. From start to end Haart have been nothing short of amazing. Dan's attention to detail on the photos of my house and also a great video he filmed promoting every aspect of my property. The only unfortunate bit was that we were in the middle of a interest rate crisis so were up against it. Even so, Haart were sending round viewers after viewers after viewers and working their socks off. Bradley and Katie were bloody amazing and did everything they could to sell my house but we needed a change in the governments stance on the interest rates which thankfully dod eventually happen. The house then sold and the level of service did not slow down with Rio who is an absolute star pushing solicitors, my buyers, estate agents and more. Rio works an unbelievable amount and takes a pride in her work crossing every T and dotting every I. I popped into to drop off my keys today and honestly was like a reunion of old friends sharing some laughs and going back over the whole experience. I highly recommend Haart and the whole team. In my opinion you get what you pay for and with Haart you get even more so worth every penny. Sending big hugs to the whole team and again thank you all so much. ????????

Consistently use their initiative with formal processes. Prompt regarding compliance issues and punctual around visits. I would recommend them again and again.

13th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. I was really happy with the customer service I have received from them especially through Sadek and Mortgage Broker Dhiresh. Their so helpful and explained me everything to me clearly from the start to finish. Their so friendly and easy going person, they provide me with excellent service and professionalism. The process was really easy and simple because I have used their in house mortgage broker and also used their recommend solicitor too, which made the process really simple and quick.
