From the very beginning, he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to visualise the type of property that would be right for me and my family.<br><br>What really stood out was that Will didn’t make me feel like he was only focused on the seller. He genuinely cared about me as a buyer too, listened to what was important to me, and went above and beyond to help.<br><br>He’s incredibly friendly, personable and approachable, and dealing with him has been such a refreshing experience. 17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Outstanding service from Charlotte Micallef and the entire Beresfords Upminster team!<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Charlotte Micallef and her team at Beresfords Upminster highly enough. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but Charlotte went so far above and beyond for myself and my family that I genuinely felt like she cared about us, not just about selling a property.<br><br>We found a house we really wanted, which meant we needed to get our own property on the market as quickly as possible. Charlotte absolutely delivered. She was working at 11pm and was back in at 6am, making sure everything was sorted so that our property could be ready to go on the market the very next day. That level of commitment and work ethic is exceptional.<br><br>Charlotte works incredibly hard and is a true asset to Beresfords. What also really stood out was how highly she spoke of her team and having dealt with them, I can completely understand why.<br><br>Josh in particular was fantastic. He worked incredibly hard, and it was clear to see how well Charlotte and Josh work together as a team. The other members of staff were also brilliant, keeping us in constant communication, providing feedback promptly and making sure we always knew what was happening. The whole team worked together brilliantly.<br><br>I actually chose Beresfords because of Charlotte. She spoke so highly of Beresfords and her team, and it was genuinely refreshing to hear someone speak with that much pride and belief in the company they work for. But, as we all know, when choosing an estate agent, you ultimately choose the person, not just the company and I chose Beresfords because of Charlotte Micallef.<br><br>If you are looking to sell your house in Upminster or, to be honest, anywhere call Charlotte Micallef. She is absolutely amazing, she gets the job done, she genuinely cares, and she has a fantastic team around her.<br><br>It is very easy to see why Beresfords are regarded as number one in Upminster and across Essex. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. I switched agents and was on with another agent and the aspire Basildon team approached me and said they can help and off way more and they sure did. Would highly recommend the team.

They were very good at arranging viewings for when they were convenient for us. They called us to change the marketing strategies when the house hadn't initially sold so we felt they knew what they were talking about to sell our house.

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service have been first-class. Communication's always been excellent. Quick responses, clear answers, and nothing's ever too much trouble. It's rare to find a letting agency that truly puts customer care at the heart of what they do, but they do. Highly recommended, a fantastic team.
