Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
10th Jul 2019 (4 years ago)I’ve recently started renting my new home through Coopers and am very pleased with the service they provided from the get-go. When I went for the initial viewing, I was greeted by Simon who was very friendly and told us lots about the area and property itself. Once my offer was accepted, the contractual agreement and financial details were sent through very quickly and I had no problems at all. I would just say it was a little difficult to get in touch with the office as the phone number online doesn’t seem to dial through to the office and at times I’d wait a day or 2 for a response to my email. That being said, once the time came around to collect my keys - I was running late to arrive but Simon was very accommodating and reassured me that he would still be there when I arrived as he was doing the inventory check in the meantime. He checked through the flat very thoroughly, in lots of detail and explained step by step what he had written and observed to ensure that I agreed. He also then sent through a copy to me the next day. All in all, a very positive and stress-free experience and would definitely recommend letting through Coopers to anyone looking!
17th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)We are family of 3 from HKG. We rent a house before coming to uk from a Chinese but it’s totally different from what we expected and far beyond the contract. We hurry up look for other place to move and keep sending request but very few responses from the property agency because we have no job references. Until we met Matthew from Good Neighbour Estate, we got a light of hope. He kept updating me the new properties they have on hand that suited our requirements and budget and arranged house visit quickly. You are a very responsible and reliable agent. Appreciated your help and highly recommend to everyone who is in need to look for a comfortable home.

18th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I thought so many times about to do a review as I don’t like to talk badly, but Me and my colleagues were treated so unfair that people should know how they hand things around. We had a contract with them About 7 years, the first agent we had was very good but she left the company and we have to deal with Cherelle very rude, the kitchen ceiling fell due to a problem in the bathroom above, they spent a year saying they would fix it we paid the rent on time, then they asked for the house during the lockdown and did not return the deposit saying it was a room even if I showed my contract. she was treating us badly, playing the fact that I am an immigrant did not understand English very well. in the end I was so stressed by the situation that I just left the house without claiming my rights that they know we cools a compensation for having made me live with the kitchen in that situation and a house full of mood, so think carefully before doing business with them

In what ended up being a seven month process and a very stressful time for my partner and I. Marc went above and beyond in all areas and without his dedication and communication up until the very end, it may not have completed in time. Poppy and I would highly recommend Marc and his team to anyone buying or selling in the Hungerford area.

20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

27th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Top tier service from start to finish! George and Kevin really went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
