15th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)My wife and I have recently brought a house who compass were the acting selling agent. From the start of the process, viewing the house and handling the offer negotiations Lorna and Mark were fantastic and extremely professional. Grant did an amazing job of all the sales progression as at times I did wonder whether delays within the chain would stop the house going through. Thankfully through the hard work from Grant who really did go above and beyond we managed to complete. I would highly recommend to sell your house through this agency! Thank you again!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)My partner and I purchased our first home with Sharman Quinney and we couldn't have asked for a better service. The whole process was so much quicker and easier than we expected, and we felt the team really cared about us. Baylee Bishop showed us the house, and was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start and all the way through. She helped us get answers to all our questions promptly and was very efficient. She also seemed super excited for us, which really made the process enjoyable (not what you often hear from scary house buying stories!). Baylee frequently kept in touch with updates, even just checking in sometimes, which made us feel really reassured and that we had someone available at all times. We also used Jonathan Threadgold as our mortgage consultant. From our first meeting, he was informative, friendly and helpful. We asked many many questions, and he never made us feel like they were stupid ones (when some most likely were!). I had had other meetings with other mortgage advisors and after our meeting with Jonathan, there was no question we wanted to go through him. They referred us to Juno property lawyers, and to keep things simple and easy we used them - again, we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Everyone in the Cambourne office was lovely, even if we weren't working directly with them. We would 100% recommend Sharmon Quinney Cambourne for buying a property, and if/when we come to sell in the future they will be our first point of call!

They provided a professional service throughout the sale process of our house, in particular Mark and Tony. They kept us fully informed throughout the process, and were responsive to phone calls and emails. Thank You!- 6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Having been let down by one of the competitors, I was wary of all agents but Aaron was extremely helpful and gave me new hope that I would sell! I I had to move back to Wales before the sale and Aaron was great at popping around to check on things the buyer wanted to know. Extremely helpful and a great communicator who kept me in touch at all stages and gave me great advice (even on my purchase property which was nothing g to do with Connells). Fantastic service and support from Aaron in particular but the whole team were great. Would strongly recommend!

Tamara was an property manager to help us deal with maintenance issues. Pros: communication and 'always try' attitude to fit in with everyone's busy schedules.

We were in a chain of 10 and she always kept in constant communication with everyone in it which helped keep the process moving, and us informed. Would recommend 100%
17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)At the time of putting my house up for sale I was in the early stages of pregnancy and really anxious to find a home with more space before our baby arrives. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Daniel B, who came to review our home efficiently and professionally. I was really happy with the photos he’d taken and the way in which he talked us through all the relevant processes involved in selling a house. Much to our delight Daniel had a lot of interest on our property and we were able to sell it. Our whole chain completed within three months. At times through the process I had a lot of questions and in retrospect I can see I needed a lot of reassurance through the process as my stress levels were very high. Daniel was a great representative of Cooper Wallace and I’d like tho thank him for his patience.

Jack listened to what we were looking for and a few weeks later, phoned to say I found the ideal property for you, and he had. We were then treated to the full Russell Killner Estate Agents treatment, apart from the necessary checks they did everything for us. Nothing is too much trouble for Russell or Jack and I have no problem recommending them Very, Very Impressed. Good luck to you both, keep doing what you’re doing and have a Happy New Year.

I was a first-time buyer and he guided me patiently through the process, getting answers to my many questions often much quicker than my solicitor. He always seemed organised and his communication was clear and timely on the phone, email and Whats App - whichever you prefer. As a buyer, I felt he was honest and fair to both me and the sellers. He was friendly and chatty but not at all pushy. I would 100% recommend Phil and Hancock's Estates.

The sales literature was excellent - particularly the photography - and quickly attracted several genuine enquiries. Our main contact, David, recommended a Property Solicitor who was also excellent, and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company!

Nick was hugely knowledgeable, respectful and supportive at every stage, and always kept us up-to-date as things progressed. Based on our experience of their professionalism, standard of service and results, we cannot recommend Wellington Evans strongly enough. When Nick first visited our home, we were immediately impressed with the care and attention he gave our property. He was realistic and honest, and explained the current market and how he would approach selling our house. By the end of the visit, we knew we could trust him to deliver a five star experience - and we weren’t wrong. Nick was consistently engaged and on-hand for our questions and to explain the intricacies of the sale process. Through the strategy he put together for marketing our property, the managing of viewings and the offers we received, it was obvious that Nick was focused on delivering for us. We were very pleased to have him represent us. Don’t be put off by the fact Wellington Evans aren’t a big sprawling agency with offices everywhere - based on our experience, this is one of their many, many strengths.
