7th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.

14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)As a landlord, I have reached out to Bridgfords in Alderley Edge and Altrincham over the last 10 years to assist with finding suitable tenants for my property in Wilmslow. Bridgfords have been thoughtful, diligent, courteous, professional and diligent at all times. Special mention to James and Louise in Sales and Louise and Claire in Lettings (in particular Louise in Lettings who went that extra mile to assist me with a particular admin issue I had with a Utility company). I thoroughly recommend them!

Ciara & the team always kept me updated & communicated with me when my side was getting absolutely nothing from buyers solicitors. They fought my corner & im not sure what i would have done without them! Thank you!

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 8th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I rarely if ever give any company Five Star reviews let alone an estate agent ! However Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow went above and beyond during the sale of my house. I have to give the majority of the credit to Richard Peck, who pushed the process along each week and made sure the whole chain moved forward. Richard is a consummate professional. Goes without saying I would Highly recommend JF over any of the other agencies in Wilmslow when it comes to buying or selling a house.

What kind of an estate agent doesn’t know what’s going on with a property they’re managing?- 15th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)This is my review about the agency. My daughter was buying a house in 12 Dryhurst lane in Disley with her husband. She was almost sold the house that have more than 7000 pounds in damage without any negotiation from the Seller in order for the house to be fixed. When Seller agreed to fix it she tried to influence the roofer to change the wordings of the house problems and the quote after which she had to be stopped.The house have leaks on every wall in the attic which is semi converted so they need to present it in a real light, including the neibourhood chimney that will need to be repointed and that wall would need to be fixed as well, since unfortunatly it will be leaking forever until somebody fix it. I never sow that anybody in UK actually fixed their chimney since it's leaking to somebody's else wall but I did see a lifelong arguments with a neigbour becouse of it. After paying for Solicitor,surveyor and all the specisalist which is around 2500 pounds becouse the Seller kept denying that house had leaks she daughter was offered was 1000 pounds down in price which basically wouldn't even cover for the paint after the house is fixed, she didn't even get I'm sorry for the lies,money and the time she waisted. I'm only putting on the prices since the Rightmove still don't present the property in real light even after it was requested by the previous buyers so there is a reasonable doubt they will just repaint a property and try to missell it to some other first time buyer. This house have a damp on every wall in living room with 22% of it, bathroom needs to be fixed and attick have leaks on every wall which is active at this moment so it destroyed the attic walls with the mould and damp. The house is in disrepair however it is being sold as perfectly meintaned property without even a sentance that it need a renovation or any photo showing the leak on the Rightmove. This is not any data breach, this is legal right of a parent to leave a deatailed review of what is happening in the Agency and spend all off her money trying to help the doughter pay for all the specialist and solicitors bills without any help from the Seller cuz they tried to sell her the property under influence by repainting the actual state. Not even mentioning there was an e-mail sent to her that house never had any damp on it and they knew at that time about the damp and the leaks all I can say the entire experience is shocking some Sellers and the agencies are pushing just to sell the property even if it is illegal.

10th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I just recently sold my house with Paul Rolfe in the Stirling Office. Jack Ivatt was my contact and he was professional open and efficient in all aspects of the process. The pictures and videos were a great selling point too. My house was sold on the first day of viewing and I bought my new house through Jack as well. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of buying or selling.

We sold our property back in July 2023 had a long chain but Woodhall’s were outstanding they kept us informed at all times and went above and beyond!! I have used Woodhall Properties in the past and they never disappoint. I’ve recommend them to family and friends who have also used Woodhall’s and been very satisfied and pleased. Well done to John, Lisa and Gloria job well done ???? Thank you so much for all your hard work and my house sale was not an easy one.
